Categories of Membership
The Association admits members under the following
categories:
01. Hotel Members
02. Restaurants Members
03. Associated & Affiliated Members

01. Hotel Membership
Any establishment having a minimum of 10
lettable rooms holding a valid lodging House licence by the Local
Municipal Authorities and licence to use the premises as a place
of public entertainment by the Local Police Authority is eligible
for Hotel Membership.
02. Restaurant Membership
Any establishment holding an Eating House licence having a minimum
25 covers issued by the local Municipal Authority is eligible
for Restaurant .
03.
Associate / Affiliate Membership
Any establishment rendering services to Hotel / Restaurants
such as Travel Agencies, carriers suppliers, caterers,
consultants, Training Institutes ,Commercial Institutes
and catering Educational Institutions are eligible for
Associate / Affiliate Membership.
Admission for the Membership of the Association
is based on fulfillment of certain criteria laid down as per the
International Standards of Hoteliering and is solely left to the
discretion of the Executive Committee of the Association.
Accounting Year
The financial year of the Association begins on 1st April of every year.

of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India
It is mandatory for every one to become a member of
the Regional Association before applying for Membership
of Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations
of India. Membership Discount cards are issued only
to Hotel & Restaurants Members. FHRAI application
forms having details on entrance fees, subscription
etc will be sent to members on request.
